I haven't been around much for a while due to personal things but I just saw something that I thought you all might be interested in so I just had to post quickly.

One of the local stations has this show that goes around the state and features different and unique things and people. Most of the topics have to do with fishing or hunting or enjoying the outdoors but tonight it also had a lady who has been collecting dolls for 20 years (I believe it said). They showed a lot of her dolls and it's amazing how many different ones she has. She estimated that she has dolls from probably 60% of the countries of the world! She had a huge variety from celebrities to those dolls that have a smaller one inside and that one has a smaller one and so on. It was really neat to see them and they did a good job of spanning around so that a lot of the dolls could be seen as opposed to just a few. I tried to see if there were an AGs but I couldn't tell for sure, though I thought I saw two. I guess she even had to move once because her dolls were taking over and they are almost that bad again, from what I understood. She would like to open a doll museum, and mentioned that there used to be one.

The thing I thought you all might be interested in though (well, in addition) was a fact that the reporter said, that doll collecting is the 2nd most popular hobby. Stamp collecting I guess is the most popular. So the next time someone teases you about liking dolls, you can just tell them that fact. I thought it was interesting. I knew doll collecting was more popular than some people think, but I didn't know it was #2.
